American Cancer Society struggled from a lack of awareness and general understanding
of what they accomplished, every single day. The website wasn't helping, and it being the main source of traffic to the brand, we started there. As over 8 million unique visitors can attest to, the site was difficult to navigate, not mobile friendly, and not able to tell the complete story of the mission. Updating the experience keeping in mind all the audiences that we reached- those diagnosed, supporters and researchers - we were able to significantly increase the ability to find the vital information they needed while communicating ACS's contributions to the fight against cancer.
